I’m finally glad to be able to start my own blog (although not really sure why). Mine will be a little different though. I have this love for reading hadiths and just general stories that intrigue me then being able to report, talk about it or simply give an opinion of it. I will not dictate nor question the quotes that have profound meanings but if there is a hadith (that a lot of us have not really heard so much about) and has caught my attention, I will definitely post it.
My main goal is to be able to learn something new about our beloved deen then pass that information on to my Muslim Ummahs or just about anybody that’d like to find out a thing or two about Islam. It is indeed a beautiful religion (if you cast aside all the negativity certain people put into).
Other things that have come to my attention are about the causes of humanity. I have a huge interest in helping my Muslim Ummahs (people) and non-Muslim Children that go through daily battles (such as famine, war, diseases and natural disaster). I’ll put my focus on those issues as well by trying to attend events organized by Muslims and non-Muslims alike and basically do whatever it takes to voice my opinions and simply help out.
With that said, insha’Allah, I hope you benefit from this blog.
As for the title, to those who come from where I’m from, I know it sounds hilarious but when you think of my culture you can’t help but associate ‘Bariis iyo Basto’; it’s just something we happen to love—kinda like a national treasure (lol). Ok maybe not quite that (ha-ha)
